We don’t mess around when it comes to getting your gear to you.
Here’s the lowdown on our shipping game:
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Domestic (U.S.): We hustle to get your order to you ASAP. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Shipping is on us to lower your overall cost.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your gear is packed and ready, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can keep tabs on your order. - We don’t ship on weekends or holidays – even the Rainmafia team needs a break.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Stay locked in and watch your Rainmafia stash make it's way to you
Shipping Delays: We do our best to make sure your gear gets to you on time, but sometimes the streets can be unpredictable (weather, customs, etc.). If there’s any delay, we’ll hit you up to keep you in the loop.
Missing Packages: If your package seems lost in the shuffle, hit us up at admin@rainmafia.com. We’ll track it down and make sure you’re taken care of.
